Court Services

The Jackson County Clerk’s Office is responsible for overseeing various departments that deal with the Circuit and County court systems.   • Jury Department: Find information about summons from the Clerk’s Office and perform jury duty on our Jury Duty page.
  • Civil Court: Inquire at the Florida Courts website about forms for filing Circuit Civil – general court cases involving money amounts more than $30,000 and Family law cases relating to family matters. Claims less than $8,000 may be filed in Small Claims Court.
  • Domestic Violence: Inquire here for information about filing an injunction for protection against another person.
  • Criminal Court: Inquire here about court cases involving all crimes.
